All purchased group class training sessions will expire at the end of the current purchased 12 Week Block. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.
If you are physically unable to continue training, you must bring a doctor’s note. Any prolonged travel plans you must make special arrangements in advance.
Please arrive on time of your scheduled class. A late start time disrupts other class participants. Missing out on warming up correctly can increase your risk of injury.
Latecomers will also have missed cues and exercise program for the class, which makes it difficult to follow safely as well as disrupting other class participants.
Last minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule are inconvenient for us and for our other class participants – especially classes that are in high demand and have a waiting list. While we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate your schedule, we will do so only under the following conditions:
If you need to cancel your scheduled class you must do via our booking class App. Cancelling before 24hours will allow you to make up the class anytime within your purchased 12 Week training block. Any cancellations before 24hours or no shows will result in a forfeited class.

''I have never liked or enjoyed Gyms, in my experience they were stinky and unfriendly. I had done a lot of Zumba and I loved it but after kids and a facial paralysis meant that I stopped zumba in 2012. In 2019 I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and the medication was making me put on weight. On top of that, I was running and every time I was running about 10Km, I would injure myself. My physio told me that I should join a gym to get stronger and prevent injuries. I didn't listen and it took two lockdowns (lots of running and injuries) to finally convince myself I needed to join a gym. So I looked for something different from where I had been before. I looked for a small gym where coaches did not change often (or at all!), where the emphasis was on health and strength. I found LPF Training and in the beginning I was a bit like "do I really need a women only gym?" I tried LPF and found it was ALL I needed the Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable AND encouraging! Both Pavlina are excellent coaches and I trust them to get the best out of me. I feel stronger now and more agile! I am now running again, starting slowly, and I am feeling really well about it. I recently took part in the 6 Week Challenge and I almost quit the challenge the day Kelly sent a shopping lift, some recipes and when I was advised of the amount of protein I was going to be eating!:) My life is complicated enough to cook something different for me on a daily basis. But Kelly said I could eat the same as my family and so I decided to give it a try. As a result of the challenge, I have managed to get rid of many of the medication kilos and I hope that with the increased protein intake and continuous Resistance training, I will manage to keep them away. I love training at LPF because the Coaches push me without pushing me and it is always respectful and friendly. I have built training into my routine and it has both physical and mental benefits as I am often lost in my own thoughts while training. A very nice community!
My greatest achievement since starting at LPF is feeling the fittest, strongest AND healthiest I've felt in a long time. I've also dropped 8 KILOS! Consistency is definitely paying off but it's not difficult when you love going! I love training at LPF because its always fun and vibrant and I've met many good friends there who always lift each other up. I would definitely recommend LPF to other ladies as it's a place that you always leave feeling good.
My greatest achievement at LPF Training is sticking with the program (I've never stuck with anything this long), seeing changes to my body AND losing weight (I've lost 10kilos to date). I feel stronger AND healthier. My fave thing about training at LPF is the lovely ladies I meet every morning. It's really nice to come into a room full of women who encourage and motivate each other. We always have a laugh even at 6am! My other favourite this is our Coach Kelly. Kelly is the most positive, bubbly, caring person I've met. I would recommend LPF to anyone looking to start training, the Coaches make it so much fun, and they accomodate for all levels of ability. Anyone can do it if I can!
To be completely honest, I joined LPF Training after a very dark period in my life, this Studio genuinely saved me - it was what I needed for me mental health. Before I trained at LPF I had tried EVERYTHING! Traditional gyms, group classes, bootcamp, PT.. but LPF is by far has been the best option. I love that LPF Training Classes are female only and never in a million years would I have thought I could lift the weights I can now lift! This has been amazing for my self esteem and very empowering. The classes specifically target areas to ensure us ladies walk away with healthy, beautiful, shapely curves and classes are adapted to fitness and strength levels of the individual. What I also love about LPF our Coach Kelly. She projects a love and light that is SO contagious you can't help but feel proud of yourself after each session. And lastly what I love about LPF is the women who attend. They are an amazing group of women! We all genuinely want to see each other succeed and become our very best. It's such a supportive environment, I highly recommend LPF.
I had previously trained with Kelly, so I knew once I had my first baby that she was the trainer I trusted to help me achieve my goals of getting my body back to pre-baby weight. As a mother herself, Kelly understood the many challenges that new mothers face with a newborn - sleepless nights, lack of energy and motivation. She helped me set mini goals and now that my baby has just turned 1, I too have surpassed my fitness and fat loss goals. I love the Bootcamp classes! I can do 2 unassisted chinups, deadlift 80kgs AND I have lost 30KILOS of weight in these last 10.5months. Thank you Kelly - you are the best in the business! I couldn't have done it without you
